1. Returns Eligibility To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
Your item(s) must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date
Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags still attached.
Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items: Custom Printing T-Shirt
2. How to Start a Return
Contact Us: Send an email to crezyfyclothingbrand@gmail.com your-with your order number and the reason for the return.
Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging (if possible) and include your order slip
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned clothing, we will send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the size or color you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, contact our support team to see if we can hold an item for you
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at crezyfyclothingbrand@gmail.com with a photo of the issue so we can make it right for you right away
